Abstract


This service activities aimed to improve the competence of SMEs Mitra Usaha
Convection ie Bati Enza. The convection businesses face problems in managing the
business in general and bookkeeping. Similarly, the production equipment is still
lacking so that the production capacity is limited. Partner business prospects have the
potential to be developed, but its resources are limited, these conditions require
attention in order to be able to manage the business properly and to increase the
turnover of production in order to take advantage of business opportunities. Under an
agreement with partners, problems faced will be assisted by providing training in
business management, marketing and accounting, as well as assisted equipment such as
sewing machines JUKI. With the implementation of this program, partners can run their
business better, can increase the turnover of production to meet the growing demand, as
well as the quality of the products is also increasing.
